Description

  • Build, refine, and execute a sales strategy that achieves ambitious revenue targets.
  • Hire, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives and SDRs.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposals and closing.
  • Set KPIs, track team performance, and provide accurate revenue forecasts to leadership.
  • Personally close high-value, multi-stakeholder accounts and set the standard for the sales team.
  • Identify and pursue the right US market segments and verticals for mobile app development.
  • Work closely with Marketing to improve lead generation efforts.
  • Partner with Delivery and Tech teams to ensure proposals are accurate, aligned, and compelling.
  • Update and improve the sales playbook and sales process to support scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years selling custom software development, staff augmentation, or agency services.
  • Hands-on experience building and leading a sales team in a software services environment.
  • A proven track record of scaling revenue, ideally growing a software agency from around $3M to $10M+ annually.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app development trends, technologies, and end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills with comfort managing 3–6 month sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid CRM experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to build, manage, and forecast pipeline accurately.
  • Must be US-based with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pure SaaS sales experience alone is not sufficient for this role.
