Description

  • Identify and prospect potential partner salons through channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
  • Build relationships with salon owners through phone outreach and in-person visits.
  • Present the Treatwell SaaS solution and marketplace value proposition to prospective partners.
  • Negotiate terms and close partnership agreements with new salon clients.
  • Document sales activities accurately in Salesforce and manage the pipeline.
  • Achieve a target of at least 10 new salon partners per month.
  • Maximize commission earnings through consistent sales performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, ideally in field sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Comfort working with digital tools and new software.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic team player.
  • Personality traits such as courage, humor, respect, accountability, and charisma are valued.

  • €39,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with an average target annual on-target earnings of €64,000 gross.
