Description

  • Lead and execute the US Specialty sales strategy in alignment with the long-term strategic plan.
  • Develop, coach, and manage a team of Territory Managers to drive profitable growth and strong partner relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with specialty retailers to strengthen Arc’teryx’s brand presence and community impact.
  • Set seasonal objectives that support best-in-class in-store presentation, service, and brand partnership.
  • Lead the go-to-market process and contribute to regional specialty strategy across Snow, Trail, Climb, Footwear, and Women’s.
  • Partner with trade marketing to plan and execute seasonal strategies and partner experiences.
  • Develop and manage team budgets, travel, and expenses while maintaining accountability to monthly P&L targets.
  • Collaborate with demand planning and allocations to build accurate forecasting plans.
  • Travel across the US to support go-to-market execution and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Advise on new business opportunities and long-term vision planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8+ years of related experience, including exceptional people leadership and strategic account management.
  • Experience across distribution channels, including owned retail development and growth, partnership branded retail, and wholesale development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies and concepts clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at a global level.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and a track record of strategic planning.
  • Excellent decision-making skills with a proactive approach to identifying root causes and developing solutions.
  • High flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity.
  • Willingness and availability to travel 20-40% and work weekends or holidays as needed.
  • Passion for getting outside and living an active outdoor lifestyle.
