Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy for resume products aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and coordinate SEO execution across Technical SEO, Design, Content, and Engineering teams.
  • Own KPIs for organic traffic, conversions, SEO traffic, and revenue goals.
  • Analyze SEO performance data using analytics and SEO tools to track key metrics.
  • Measure, report, and present SEO results, including rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and refine SEO best practices to support company objectives, forecasts, and growth targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities and innovative SEO tactics, including emerging techniques and AI/ML applications.
  • Generate high-quality backlinks from authoritative domains to improve search rankings.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, internal SEO audits, TAM analysis, and keyword research to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, business, design/UX, content, and engineering teams on cross-functional projects and go-to-market efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of designing and executing SEO and content strategy in the US market.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience with WordPress and JIRA.
  • Comfort and aptitude for data analysis, including Google Analytics, and expertise in SQL, Microstrategy, or equivalent tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Effective time management and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience collaborating with internal design teams to develop creative concepts is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong track record of working with developers or engineering teams in an agile environment is preferred.
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end from ideation through execution and delivery is preferred.
