Description

  • Lead the development of strategic, data-driven marketing approaches across email, website, paid media, CRM, and lifecycle channels.
  • Shape solutions and drive results through digital strategy across customer touchpoints.
  • Guide clients in defining and evolving marketing automation capabilities, especially within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Set the vision for client work and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional agency teams to deliver insight-driven strategic work.
  • Develop, nurture, and grow senior-level client relationships as a trusted advisor on marketing strategy, customer experience, and marketing technology.
  • Partner with client teams across marketing, creative, operations, finance, analytics, product, technology, and senior management.
  • Create, lead, and present holistic strategy recommendations to clients through compelling storytelling.
  • Author project briefs and navigate client changes and challenges.
  • Monitor and proactively report on best practices and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of marketing or advertising experience in an agency setting.
  • 9+ years of relevant experience across digital, 1:1 marketing, creative, social, paid media, MarTech, and CRM.
  • Strong interest in the digital strategy required to execute across digital channels.
  • Experience advising clients or stakeholders on how to leverage marketing technology to achieve business outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into clear, compelling client-facing narratives and strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks and roadmaps for marketing automation and customer engagement programs.
  • Strong storytelling and PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate, plan, and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a can-do leadership mindset that supports mentoring and continuous learning.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
