Description

  • Own the Hosto Agent roadmap end-to-end, from early activation through long-term autonomous property management.
  • Design conversational UX inside the agent, including when it acts, when it asks for input, and how memory works across sessions and properties.
  • Own the new-host onboarding and activation flow so the agent surfaces real value immediately after sign-up.
  • Define the agent autonomy ladder across Autopilot, Co-pilot, and Radar modes.
  • Ship product changes weekly with a single engineering pod and write specs that can be implemented directly.
  • Talk to hosts every week through demo calls, session replays, and async feedback loops.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to iterate quickly in a startup environment where priorities can change mid-sprint.
  • Use quantitative analysis to evaluate funnels, activation, conversion, retention, and agent performance.
  • Make product decisions that increase host trust and drive the agent toward becoming the primary interface for property management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a 0→1 product end-to-end.
  • Experience shipping LLM-powered features in production, not just prototypes or demos.
  • Ability to reason about prompt budgets, eval loops, autonomy guardrails, and scaling issues.
  • Strong understanding of product funnels, including activation, trial, conversion, and retention.
  • Strong opinions about agentic UX, informed by hands-on use of modern AI tools.
  • Ability to write short, decision-dense product specs that are ready for implementation.
  • Quantitative literacy, including comfort working in spreadsheets and reading SQL or requesting the right query.
  • Native or near-native English communication skills, since product copy lives inside the agent and the customer is a US solo host.
  • Daily use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent in your own workflow.
  • Willingness to run user calls yourself rather than delegate them.
  • Comfort making product decisions in a startup environment where the roadmap may change mid-sprint.
  • Preferred interest in working at a company where the first PM will help define how product is done.
