Description

  • Own the post-sale client lifecycle from handover and solution scoping through long-term relationship management.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to expand BMAT’s footprint.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and other executive-level strategic conversations.
  • Align client objectives with BMAT’s capabilities to support retention and growth.
  • Use product analytics, market insights, and client feedback to identify optimization opportunities and inform product evolution.
  • Serve as the bridge between clients and internal Business Development, Operations, Product, and Data teams.
  • Provide commercial, technical, and operational support for complex opportunities and delivery challenges.
  • Take ownership of assigned client accounts and support newly onboarded partnerships.
  • Contribute to internal discussions and account planning that improve client value and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the music industry.
  • Experience in partnership management, account management, customer success, strategic partnerships, or a related B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Commercial and business acumen to identify growth opportunities and align client needs with business goals.
  • Ability to use data and insights to solve problems and support strategic decision-making.
  • Technical and product aptitude to quickly understand product capabilities, technical concepts, and operational requirements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage scope, priorities, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working with Business Development, Operations, Product, and Data teams.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
