Description

  • Own channel strategy and end-to-end campaign execution, including build, QA, launch, measurement, and optimization.
  • Build email campaigns in HubSpot and push campaigns using Reddit’s first-party tools.
  • Improve data, segmentation, automation, and dynamic-content capabilities for moderator communications.
  • Design controlled experiments and translate results into iterative testing plans.
  • Partner with lifecycle strategists to execute audience, messaging, and community-growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to improve communication tools and develop new outreach capabilities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and email engagement health, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain operational quality.
  • Establish processes and technical standards to scale moderator lifecycle programs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, growth, or marketing technology roles, including significant hands-on campaign execution.
  • Experience building multichannel lifecycle programs for B2C or B2B2C audiences.
  • Hands-on experience launching campaigns in HubSpot or a similar marketing platform.
  • Understanding of marketing data infrastructure and ability to read and write basic SQL.
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign measurement, and performance analysis.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create structure, solve technical problems, and build programs from zero to one.
  • Familiarity with Reddit and a community-first mindset.
  • HTML or CSS knowledge is preferred.
