Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build trusted relationships with clinicians, IT stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Own and manage complex technical implementation and integration projects from kickoff through go-live.
  • Coordinate internal technical resources and external customer technical teams to keep projects on track.
  • Advise customer technical teams on extracting, transforming, and loading data from EMR, ADC, and other source systems into the Bluesight platform.
  • Validate, reconcile, and analyze data from disparate systems using command-line tools and scripts to ensure data integrity.
  • Act as an escalation point for issues requiring longer-term coordination across technical teams.
  • Set clear expectations, manage timelines and risk, and ensure consistent follow-through.
  • Provide regular status updates to management and executive stakeholders on milestones and results.
  • Produce technical procedures, integration documentation, and best-practice guides.
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Engineering to improve processes, enhance data pipelines, and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role, including direct customer support or project management.
  • 2-4+ years of project management experience managing technical projects.
  • Experience with relational or non-relational databases such as MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customer stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced Excel skills for large data sets, including pivot tables.
  • Ability to adapt to change, work independently, and manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Experience in healthcare, especially with hospital EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, or MEDITECH, or ADC systems such as Omnicell or Pyxis (preferred).
  • Experience with AWS services such as AWS Glue, Step Functions, or Lambda, or other cloud data infrastructure (preferred).
  • Experience coding in Python, Ruby, or another scripting language (preferred).
  • Experience working with PHI and familiarity with HIPAA requirements (preferred).
  • Prior experience on an Operations or Implementation team deploying SaaS products in client environments (preferred).
  • Experience managing large, complex, or strategically important customer accounts (preferred).
