Description

  • Serve as the primary customer contact and maintain project schedules and relationships.
  • Lead NetSuite implementations from kickoff through rollout across implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support engagements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, resource alignment, competing priorities, risks, escalations, budgets, and project status.
  • Apply Plative’s project management methodology and delivery structure throughout engagements.
  • Conduct business and project reviews, presenting proposed solutions, work plans, milestones, and results.
  • Coordinate IT teams to translate customer requirements into design specifications, integrations, and data transfers.
  • Advocate for customers and resolve escalations to maintain satisfaction and delivery quality.
  • Own Salesforce build-out activities when required.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites while working primarily remotely.
  • Mentor teammates, share knowledge, and deliver creative, scalable solutions aligned with Plative’s values.

Requirements

  • Full life-cycle NetSuite implementation experience across multiple industry verticals.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
  • 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, risk management, project financials, and KPI reporting skills.
  • Track record of delivering complex NetSuite projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or IT, or an MBA (preferred).
  • CSM and SuiteFoundation certifications (preferred).
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design and delivery while taking responsibility for their outputs and errors.
  • Availability to operate within the Pacific Time Zone and travel occasionally to customer sites.
