Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer integrations, multi-system data-sharing initiatives, and cross-team platform projects.
  • Translate technical requirements and Statements of Work into execution plans, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Implementation, Product, customer-facing teams, and external partners.
  • Identify, track, mitigate, and escalate project risks and blockers.
  • Manage and report on budgets, billable hours, project status, and invoices.
  • Maintain SOWs, scope changes, issue logs, status reports, and project documentation.
  • Communicate proactively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Improve project management processes and tools, and document lessons learned.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements and enhancement requests identified during delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of technical or SaaS project management experience delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data models, and integration workflows.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong risk identification, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with healthcare data, health technology, or integration standards such as FHIR, HL7, or CCD preferred.
  • Experience with EHR systems or healthcare IT platforms preferred.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or another relevant certification preferred.
  • Experience in startup, remote-first, or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, Jira/Atlassian, Omni, or Vitally preferred; candidates must be eligible to work and reside in the continental U.S.
