Description

  • Guide project teams and clients in applying Agile/Scrum practices and improving team maturity.
  • Remove impediments, facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution, and promote self-organization.
  • Coordinate communication among project teams, internal departments, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, risks, and issues.
  • Manage project initiation, contractual requirements, client goals, project roles, and necessary access to information.
  • Monitor project execution and team performance to ensure on-time, in-budget, high-quality delivery.
  • Interface with clients on technical matters and manage expectations and satisfaction.
  • Support product sponsors with backlog grooming and maintenance.
  • Analyze resource utilization and identify future allocation needs.
  • Identify additional services opportunities and match client needs with relevant AHEAD services or products.
  • Manage vendor deliverables and complete project closure, handover documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Maintain accurate project information in AHEAD systems, including Salesforce and FinancialForce.

Requirements

  • Experience managing observability implementations involving Dynatrace, Tanium, LogicMonitor, Cribl, Splunk, and/or Grafana.
  • Ability to independently manage medium- to high-risk, complex, and highly visible client projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management standards, processes, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices, including PMBOK.
  • Experience with IT project methodologies and lifecycles, including iterative, rapid delivery, and traditional waterfall phases.
  • Experience with data center infrastructure hardware and/or software.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management software and demonstrated budget and timeline management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, conflict management, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to facilitate interactions with executive-level clients, set expectations, manage performance, and build team morale.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive assignments.
