Description

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas for the assigned product line.
  • Prospect and build pipeline using available sales tools and resources.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes for new and existing customer opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for opportunities, pipeline, account plans, and related sales activity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Clinical Strategy, and the VP of Sales to generate and close business.
  • Follow the defined sales process, including discovery, meeting preparation, presentations, and transition to implementation.
  • Develop and communicate Bluesight’s value proposition and differentiation versus competitors.
  • Negotiate customer pricing and contracts.
  • Target VP- and Director-level stakeholders within hospital pharmacy accounts and related organizations.

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales hunter in a direct sales environment.
  • Experience selling a B2B SaaS product; healthcare or SaaS selling experience is critical.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
  • 2-3 years of BDR or inside sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong meeting presence and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence senior-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Willingness to make outbound calls and work proactively.
  • Coachable, competitive, and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter.
  • Experience selling into hospitals or IDNs is a plus.
