Description

  • Design and manage portfolio intake processes, including triage, prioritization, and backlog tracking.
  • Facilitate alignment sessions to define initiative scope, ownership, and expected outcomes.
  • Provide hands-on program and project management support across multiple initiatives.
  • Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and workback schedules.
  • Establish and standardize program management artifacts such as charters, RAID logs, and communication plans.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and track actions, decisions, and changes.
  • Maintain risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across initiatives and coordinate mitigation.
  • Develop portfolio-level dashboards, scorecards, and status reports for leadership.
  • Support executive communications by consolidating data and translating updates into clear narratives.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, templates, and best practices while driving process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing multiple initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Experience creating project plans, tracking milestones, and managing dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft data platforms such as Dataverse and Fabric.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
  • Exposure to automation or AI-assisted tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience building or contributing to PMO frameworks and governance models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
