Description

  • Serve as a senior advisor to customer executives on AI marketing adoption and strategy.
  • Own strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts across EMEA.
  • Deliver executive-level insights, quarterly business reviews, and tailored optimization plans that support retention and growth.
  • Track AI, SaaS, SEO, and marketing technology trends, especially in European markets, and share relevant market intelligence with customers.
  • Identify patterns from customer engagements and turn them into Bluefish best practices, thought leadership, and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with NYC-based business operations and Berlin-based engineering teams to align customer needs with product strategy.
  • Design and implement scalable internal operational playbooks to improve delivery speed and consistency.
  • Translate customer challenges into product feedback and requirements for engineering and product teams.
  • Help prioritize features that address real-world AI marketing problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in senior client-facing roles owning customer relationships in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience in management consulting, technical account management, or strategic agency roles.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and optimization, with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) behavior is a plus.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI dashboards.
  • Understanding of the modern marketing tech stack.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Resourcefulness and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or finance-related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, German, or other European languages is a plus.
  • Experience in SEO, including keyword strategy, organic growth, or Search Generative Experience (SGE) optimization, is a nice to have.
  • Prior experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, or conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a nice to have.
  • Basic understanding of the European AI Act and GDPR considerations as they relate to marketing technology is a nice to have.
