Description

  • Manage day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts in partnership with the Account Lead.
  • Support the development and execution of account plans aligned with customer objectives and internal growth goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to mid- and senior-level customer stakeholders on product use and goal achievement.
  • Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and drive account expansion with Sales and the Account Lead.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor account health using usage data, feedback, and customer sentiment to proactively address risks.
  • Support renewal and upsell efforts by coordinating deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Stay current on industry trends, customer use cases, and best practices to inform recommendations.
  • Help develop case studies, insights, and reporting for customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships, ideally in SaaS or marketing tech.
  • Experience managing enterprise customers and complex account needs with a consultative approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with data and analytics to extract insights and inform strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliverables in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, support, and other internal teams.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for customer success.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing platforms, Martech stacks, or digital media solutions is a plus.
  • Native French-language and native English-language skills.
  • Startup-ready mentality with comfort in ambiguity, building from scratch, and moving with a bias toward action.
