Description

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by expanding strategic partner relationships and accelerating co-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Snowflake sales teams, partner account managers, solution specialists, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop target account strategies with BlueCloud sales leadership to support growth in key markets and priority customers.
  • Create and execute joint go-to-market plans with Snowflake and other strategic technology partners.
  • Identify, qualify, and influence partner-sourced and partner-supported opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Act as the primary liaison between BlueCloud and partner organizations to connect internal teams with needed resources.
  • Enable BlueCloud’s sales organization on partner programs, incentives, funding opportunities, and resources.
  • Develop repeatable solution plays, workshops, accelerators, and industry-specific offerings.
  • Partner with marketing on events, campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Track partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and alliance metrics to measure impact and improvement opportunities.
  • Foster internal alignment through communications, enablement sessions, newsletters, and community-building activities.
  • Represent BlueCloud at partner events, conferences, customer meetings, and industry gatherings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, channel management, business development, or strategic sales roles.
  • Experience in cloud, data, analytics, or technology services environments.
  • Experience working within a partner ecosystem, preferably with Snowflake, cloud platforms, or enterprise data and AI technology providers.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with credibility across partner sales teams, technical stakeholders, and executive leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to create opportunities and drive initiatives forward independently.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, co-sell motions, partner programs, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and executive-level engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure partnership effectiveness and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant partner or cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, customer engagements, conferences, and industry events.
