Description

  • Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues, anomalies, and inconsistencies.
  • Develop and implement data quality checks, rules, and metrics using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Automate data quality checks and reporting where feasible to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor data health and track improvements over time.
  • Investigate and diagnose the root causes of complex data quality issues.
  • Create Jira tickets and collaborate with cross-functional teams on root cause analysis and remediation plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality processes, workflows, and tools.
  • Communicate data quality issues, risks, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for data quality within the organization.
  • Proactively identify new data validations and checks to strengthen data quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong experience as a data quality analyst.
  • Strong SQL expertise for data querying, analysis, and manipulation.
  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and analyzing or fixing data quality issues in SFDC.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as Workday and SFDC to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Familiarity with the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process.
  • Experience with data warehouses, with Snowflake preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex data quality issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working to tight deadlines in a high-growth environment.
  • Solid understanding of data management concepts and database technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of various data domains and their specific data quality challenges, such as billing, contracts, or financial data (preferred).
  • Certification in data management or data quality, such as CDMP, is a plus.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python for data analysis and automation is a plus.
  • Experience with data profiling and data quality tools such as Collibra or Monte Carlo is a plus.
  • Experience leveraging AI/LLMs to enhance efficiency in data analysis and anomaly detection is a plus.
  • Full fluency in English.
  • Must be based in LATAM countries.
