Description

  • Build, qualify, and manage a sales pipeline at approximately twice your quota.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and product demos through negotiations and closing.
  • Lead discovery calls and live product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Partner cross-functionally to address technical needs and support evaluations.
  • Negotiate Bloomerang’s software and services with prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate forecast reporting and pipeline management in Salesforce.
  • Build credibility in the nonprofit sector and act as a trusted advisor to prospects.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Bloomerang’s tools and services to support customers and prospects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of software sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS to nonprofits or B2B companies.
  • Ability to achieve at least 95% of annual quota and 90% of monthly targets.
  • Experience maintaining accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records.
  • Strong willingness to learn, grow, and advance a career in technology sales.
  • In-depth understanding of software solutions and the ability to communicate product value effectively.
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations is a plus.
  • No Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is available for this role.
