Description

  • Lead the development and execution of the affiliate marketing strategy with a focus on TikTok Shop and creator-led commerce.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing creators, affiliates, UGC partners, and brand collaborators.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with creators, influencers, affiliate partners, and brand partners.
  • Own and grow brand partnerships and collaborations that introduce Poppy & Peonies to new audiences.
  • Develop and manage a UGC ecosystem that produces high-performing, conversion-driven content at scale.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to drive revenue growth through data-informed decisions.
  • Create campaigns and incentives that motivate creators to promote products authentically and effectively.
  • Work closely with marketing and social teams to align affiliate content with brand voice, campaign priorities, and product launches.
  • Monitor trends across TikTok, creator commerce, and affiliate platforms to evolve strategy.
  • Build systems and processes that help the affiliate program scale efficiently in the U.S. market.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, brand partnerships, or collaborations.
  • Direct experience managing affiliate programs, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands.
  • Understanding of the TikTok creator ecosystem and social commerce, including TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
  • Experience recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with creators, influencers, UGC creators, and brand partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with creators and partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and build programs from the ground up.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach, with comfort owning both execution and long-term planning.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based creators or affiliate networks is a strong asset.

  • $100,000–$120,000 USD annual salary.
