Description

  • Coordinate recruitment administrative support.
  • Liaise with BCI members regarding HR and recruitment policies.
  • Support the Recruitment Manager with GDPR compliance activities.
  • Assist the Recruitment team and BCI Operations with administrative inputs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and Assistant Director-General (Operations).
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to recruitment-related processes and operational coordination.
  • Support project and task delivery independently and with a team as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous and/or ongoing experience in HR administration.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to balance competing demands under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology preferred.
  • A relevant degree or training in HR, Business, Climate Change, or Environmental Science is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability in organization or business administration.
  • Experience building constructive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working independently and in teams, using initiative to drive projects forward.
