Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through close with SMB merchants across multiple industries.
  • Engage and convert warm inbound leads from marketing, partnerships, and product interest.
  • Generate outbound opportunities through personalized prospecting and demand creation.
  • Qualify, demo, and close deals efficiently in a high-volume, short-cycle sales motion.
  • Identify customer pain points and deliver consultative, value-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding, Product, Marketing, and Support to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Track, manage, and forecast pipeline activity in Salesforce.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience, ideally in SaaS, payments, or SMB-focused environments.
  • Proven ability to exceed quota and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle sales motion.
  • Strong phone, video, and written communication skills.
  • Hunter mindset with disciplined outbound prospecting experience.
  • Curiosity and empathy to uncover customer needs and position the right solution.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, with self-motivation, coachability, and drive to grow.
  • CRM fluency, preferably in Salesforce or a similar system.
  • Data-driven approach to activity management and performance improvement.
  • Team-first attitude with the ability to collaborate and share learnings.
