Description

  • Develop and manage the overall strategy and relationship for assigned commercial accounts in Missouri and Kansas.
  • Sell enterprise storage and data solutions to commercial customers and clearly communicate the value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and long-term account value.
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources and win new customers.
  • Coordinate team-selling efforts with teammates and strategic partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Drive a healthy sales pipeline and manage activity to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders and partners to execute complex sales cycles and shared ownership opportunities.
  • Actively manage the territory to maximize revenue and sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience focused on new logo acquisition or business development.
  • Consistent annual revenue attainment of $5M-$10M.
  • Experience selling into commercial customers.
  • Must currently be selling and living in Missouri.
  • Proven prospecting skills with a strong hunter mindset.
  • Experience leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and manage a territory effectively.
  • Track record of exceeding quota and generating referenceable business.
  • Preferred: Passion for post-sales customer success.
