Description

  • Build awareness and drive demand for Tines solutions across the Northern California territory.
  • Demonstrate and articulate the value and capabilities of the Tines automation platform to enterprise customers.
  • Prospect new customers and supplement lead flow through outbound efforts.
  • Manage multiple customer opportunities through the sales cycle and close complex transactions.
  • Work closely with channel and technology alliance partners to uncover and advance opportunities.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Engineers to support pipeline and customer engagement.
  • Develop repeatable strategies for new logo acquisition with Sales Leadership.
  • Build a business plan across customer, partner, and community ecosystems to grow the territory.
  • Provide feedback from customers and prospects to product and go-to-market teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the Security and IT space.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success with enterprise customers in Northern California.
  • Experience selling a technical SaaS solution to technical stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, DevOps, and IT leaders.
  • Ability to prospect outbound leads while also nurturing inbound lead flow.
  • Familiarity with regional IT channel partners and technology alliances in Northern California.
  • Experience building new territories or geo patches from scratch.
  • Successful track record of achieving quarterly goals, metrics, and objectives.
  • Cross-department collaboration experience.
  • Coachability and curiosity, with openness to feedback and a desire to learn.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to attend in-person meetings and events regularly.
