Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through close with SMB merchants across multiple industries.
  • Engage and convert warm inbound leads from marketing, partnerships, and product interest.
  • Source new opportunities through outbound prospecting and personalized outreach.
  • Qualify, demo, and close opportunities quickly in a high-volume sales motion.
  • Understand customer pain points and deliver consultative, value-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding, Product, Marketing, and Support to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Track, manage, and forecast pipeline accurately in Salesforce.
  • Use metrics and activity data to improve sales performance.
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience, ideally in SaaS, payments, or SMB-focused environments.
  • Proven ability to exceed quota in a high-volume, short-cycle sales motion.
  • Strong phone, video, and written communication skills.
  • A hunter’s mindset with disciplined outbound prospecting experience.
  • Curiosity and empathy to uncover customer needs and recommend the right solution.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in a self-motivated, coachable way.
  • CRM fluency, preferably Salesforce or a similar platform.
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to share learnings and support peers.
