Description

  • Lead the North American Enterprise Sales team and coach Enterprise Account Executives on complex new business opportunities.
  • Own segment strategy, revenue targets, and OKR execution in partnership with the broader Sales & Account Management organization.
  • Support and advance deal negotiations by removing blockers and advocating internally and externally.
  • Build and manage cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Finance, Product, Risk, Legal, and Account Management teams.
  • Develop team capabilities, performance, and culture while supporting the growth of strong performers.
  • Represent Cash App and Afterpay to top-tier enterprise merchants and senior executives as a market-facing thought leader.
  • Craft deal strategy and sales narratives that communicate the value proposition to prospective merchants.
  • Leverage portfolio insights, data, and market intelligence to improve go-to-market strategy and inform B2B marketing and sales.
  • Serve as the voice of the merchant internally by aggregating and communicating client feedback and market sentiment.
  • Lead through ambiguity and help launch product and commercial initiatives across a distributed organization.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in high-growth environments leading Product Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, or Enterprise Account Management organizations.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise clients, preferably in a fast-moving technology or financial services company.
  • Proven success leading teams that consistently drive revenue growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Experience operating effectively within matrixed global organizations.
  • Strong leadership ability to develop talent, motivate high-performing teams, and build cross-functional relationships.
  • High familiarity with product development, preferably in payments.
  • Credibility and effectiveness when working across technical, marketing, and product stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Operational and strategic mindset with the ability to build processes and lead through complex relationships.
  • Comfort working with analytics and tools that support business performance measurement and management.
  • Creative storytelling ability and skill in building business cases from relevant data.
  • Scrappy, humble, hands-on leadership style with willingness to travel.
