Description

  • Develop Territory Account Executives through hands-on, in-market coaching from prospecting and discovery through closing.
  • Join prospect and customer meetings to model effective selling, product fluency, value articulation, and deal strategy.
  • Spend significant time in the field with the team to build local relationships and support pipeline creation.
  • Manage pipeline and KPIs rigorously by diagnosing gaps, identifying risks, and improving opportunity quality and coverage.
  • Run weekly pipeline, forecast, and deal reviews to drive accountability and predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Use data-driven insights to coach AE effectiveness and improve sales execution across complex sales cycles.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop account executives to ramp quickly and exceed quota.
  • Build scalable field sales motions, operating rhythms, and playbooks to improve funnel quality and outbound productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to champion the customer voice and strengthen product-market fit.
  • Engage with community networks, partners, and local events to increase brand awareness and top-of-funnel opportunity creation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales success, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing field account executives.
  • Experience in high-transaction SaaS or financial services sales.
  • Extensive experience operating in a metrics-driven sales organization.
  • Experience scaling and overseeing large field sales teams.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a rapidly scaling business.
  • Strong ability to communicate and build relationships with senior executives.
  • A track record of building a high-performing culture through hands-on leadership and coaching.
  • Strong bias toward action and experimentation, balanced with thoughtful decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
