Description

  • Lead Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives across the Central Region.
  • Set regional sales strategy and drive execution against growth targets.
  • Refine territory models and optimize go-to-market plans.
  • Build a performance-driven culture grounded in accountability and competitiveness.
  • Spend meaningful time in the field coaching, co-selling, and demonstrating product expertise.
  • Drive predictable growth by managing pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales productivity.
  • Improve systems, tools, and playbooks to help the team sell more effectively at scale.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops, Partnerships, and Product to align regional execution with broader strategy.
  • Attract, retain, and develop high-performing sales talent.
  • Represent Square in local Central markets with business leaders, partners, and communities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years leading regional or field sales teams.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or payments environment.
  • Track record of exceeding regional revenue and productivity goals.
  • Proven ability to build high-performance teams and coaching-driven cultures.
  • Strong product acumen with the ability to position complex multi-product solutions.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and sales management.
  • Deep operational expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to move fast, stay resourceful, and operationalize what works at scale.
