Description

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for prospects and customers, answering integration questions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Partner with Account Executives during the sales cycle by running technical discovery, delivering demos, and addressing product-depth objections.
  • Own customer onboarding end-to-end alongside Customer Success Managers to drive time-to-value and launch customers quickly.
  • Own and manage Proof of Concepts end-to-end, including scoping success criteria and driving decisions.
  • Represent Blinq at industry events and conferences to support customer and partner engagement.
  • Create and maintain technical collateral such as integration guides, onboarding documentation, FAQs, and enablement materials.
  • Keep CRM records up to date in HubSpot so the broader team has visibility into technical activity across the pipeline.
  • Collaborate across sales and customer-facing teams to improve how Blinq sells, supports, and scales in the US.

Requirements

  • Based in New York City.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.
  • Track record of owning customer outcomes, not just handing off work.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for technical documentation and customer follow-up.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals and onboardings simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving customer problems before they escalate.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to upskill AEs, field sales, and CSMs.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where the playbook is still being written.
  • Experience being the go-to person for product and technical questions in the US (preferred).
