Description

  • Identify, source, and close new business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and first 12-month ARR expansion.
  • Manage a pipeline of outbound prospects and inbound leads.
  • Use multiple channels to reach the right decision-makers at prospective customers.
  • Educate prospective customers on Blinq’s offerings and help them succeed with the product.
  • Gather and share customer, market, and competitive insights to inform product roadmap and company strategy.
  • Identify improvements in the sales process and develop playbooks and scalable workflows.
  • Represent Blinq as an ambassador in client interactions and industry events.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven success in a B2B sales role, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth startup environment.
  • At least 2 years of outbound sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong track record of closing deals.
  • Experience with lead generation, negotiation, and deal management across the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and problem-solving approach in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Team-player mindset with a strong focus on culture.
  • Experience working in startup environments is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote arrangement if needed.
