Description

  • Own and exceed monthly sales targets for the EMEA Mid-Market and Enterprise business.
  • Lead deal planning with Account Executives to improve close rates.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers and support long-term account growth.
  • Understand buyer needs and communicate Bitwarden’s value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Track market trends and account dynamics to inform tactical and strategic decisions.
  • Hire, manage, coach, and develop a growing team of sales executives.
  • Run regular pipeline reviews, joint selling sessions, and accountability cadences.
  • Produce weekly forecasts based on pipeline trends and deal assessments.
  • Partner with marketing on top-of-funnel outreach, target acquisition, and nurture campaigns.
  • Translate deal insights into improvements to the sales playbook, change management, and product direction.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience managing Mid-Market and Enterprise sellers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience managing SaaS technology sales teams.
  • Proven and substantial sales achievements.
  • Passion for coaching and developing sales talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Inside sales experience.
  • Understanding of security and password management technologies.
  • Collaborative and adaptable mindset.
  • Open, authentic communication style with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Located in the EMEA region and able to work remotely as a full-time contractor until Bitwarden establishes an EMEA business entity.
