Description

  • Serve as a Subject-Matter Expert for Bitwarden and its suite of services.
  • Expand expertise across Bitwarden applications to guide, train, and explain features to users and customers.
  • Work with customers to troubleshoot issues and help identify future solutions.
  • Provide high-quality customer support through the email support system.
  • Assist customers with billing and account management questions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, and Product teams.
  • Become a Bitwarden product expert and handle common product and technical questions.
  • Help ensure customer satisfaction through clear, accurate, and timely communication.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the EMEA region and able to work remotely.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong writing skills with stellar grammar, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex topics simply.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find and communicate solutions.
  • Strong empathy and the ability to advocate for others.
  • Experience in a previous technical role such as Systems Administrator, Quality Assurance Technician, Support Technician, or Help Desk Technician.
  • Equivalent education or demonstrable skills may be considered in lieu of direct technical experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting web and mobile technologies.
  • Familiarity with Bitwarden is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux is preferred.
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android is preferred.
  • Familiarity with command-line interface (CLI), Docker, GitHub, Freshdesk, HTML, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL, and PKI is preferred.
