Description

  • Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into clear AI problem statements, hypotheses, and success criteria.
  • Map workflows, identify operational pain points, and quantify the potential value of AI solutions.
  • Define AI use-case scope, requirements, and business value with the Director, technical partners, and business teams.
  • Build business cases and comparison frameworks to support build-versus-buy recommendations.
  • Conduct market research, compile vendor information, and evaluate capabilities, costs, risks, and organizational fit.
  • Establish pre-deployment baselines and develop metrics and dashboards to track adoption, outcomes, and ROI.
  • Prepare concise business cases, evaluation summaries, ROI updates, and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Monitor AI solution usage and performance against baselines, highlighting successes and gaps.
  • Use stakeholder feedback, usage, and outcome data to guide training, communications, and adoption improvements.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, product strategy, transformation, or a similarly analytical individual-contributor role.
  • Fluency with modern AI and generative AI concepts, enterprise productivity tools, solution patterns, and constraints.
  • Experience structuring ambiguous business problems and delivering clear, data-informed recommendations.
  • Strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills using Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, or similar tools.
  • Ability to create concise narratives, business cases, and recommendation documents from stakeholder input and data.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally on technology-enabled workflow, tool, or process changes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior, non-technical audiences.
  • Consulting or internal strategy/operations experience focused on data-driven decision-making (preferred).
  • Experience building ROI models or value frameworks for technology or process changes (preferred).
  • Experience with vendor selection, SaaS evaluations, market scans, or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (preferred).
