Description

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of multifamily housing properties.
  • Complete monthly resident utility billing activities in line with department procedures and KPIs.
  • Prepare and review resident utility charges and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond to client questions on billing requirements, approvals, and related issues by email and phone.
  • Respond to resident inquiries regarding utility charges and billing activity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain information and resolve billing issues.
  • Identify billing discrepancies, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex concerns.
  • Maintain portfolio deadlines, performance expectations, and professional stakeholder interactions.
  • Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and/or Google Suite.
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, from a quiet dedicated home workspace.
  • Ability to use approved generative AI tools, audit outputs for accuracy, and protect proprietary and PII data.
  • Ability to create clear, context-rich prompts for business use cases.
