Description

  • Oversee a portfolio of clients and manage the receipt, processing, and distribution of utility bills.
  • Ensure monthly resident billing is accurate and completed on time.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and complete required follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the UEM team to ensure monthly utility bills are received on schedule.
  • Work with Utility Service Managers to meet client billing needs.
  • Provide customer support to residents with questions about utility charges.
  • Partner with team members on projects and audits that support the ResidentUtility service.
  • Assist other team members as needed to help fulfill job duties.
  • Meet department metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to deliver quality results under strict deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with or without supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills to balance workload effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Property management experience, preferred.
  • Utility experience, preferred.
