Description

  • Process client utility invoice data accurately and on time.
  • Resolve invoice exceptions and ensure correct invoice association and processing.
  • Communicate with utility providers and vendors to resolve processing issues.
  • Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between account balances and payments.
  • Perform system-generated utility invoice audits and coordinate resolutions with clients and providers.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and complete required follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Utility Service Managers and internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Support departmental performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Use approved GenAI tools for deliverables while reviewing outputs for accuracy, alignment, and data security.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in utilities, accounts payable, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Property management or property management software experience preferred.
