Description

  • Manage administrative tasks and tracking across domestic and international proposals.
  • Support proposal management, including pricing efforts and responses to requests for information.
  • Maintain Salesforce records and support related operational data management.
  • Track deals, ensure records are accurate, and keep materials audit-ready.
  • Coordinate deal setup, assignment, charge code creation, and lifecycle tracking across systems.
  • Support pipeline tracking, reporting, and operational data analysis for forecasting and planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional reviews, including scheduling, logistics, documentation, decisions, and approvals.
  • Maintain approval workflows, compliance matrices, stakeholder records, and process documentation.
  • Develop, format, edit, and manage technical content for RFIs, proposals, abstracts, and presentations.
  • Partner with BD, legal, finance, engineering, and other teams to improve proposal execution and business development operations.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in government proposals or related work.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with proposal methodologies such as Shipley.
  • Experience with compliance matrices and implementing project management tools and processes.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to develop and support technical content for RFIs, abstracts, and proposal materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ownership, reliability, adaptability, teamwork, professionalism, and high performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience managing Foreign Military Sale and Direct Commercial Sale proposals.
  • Preferred strong technical background in Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs) and software.
  • Preferred understanding of military operations, acquisition processes, DoD operational scenarios, and systems.
  • Preferred understanding of international markets and geopolitical trends that support international business strategy.
  • Active DoD security clearance is preferred.

Benefits

  • $75,000 - $110,000 annual salary range.
  • Full-time regular employee offer package includes bonus, benefits, and equity.
  • Temporary employee offer package includes pay within range plus a temporary benefits package after 60 days of employment.
  • Salary may vary based on skill set, experience, licenses, certifications, and work location.
  • All offers are contingent on a cleared background check and possible reference check.
