Description

  • Translate go-to-market strategy into scalable workflows and plays inside Outreach.
  • Build and optimize outbound, inbound, and customer engagement motions to align field execution with leadership priorities.
  • Design AI agent workflows for prospect communication, personalized outreach, lead prioritization, automated follow-up, sequencing, and deal pipeline insights.
  • Own how Outreach serves as the system of execution for go-to-market operations, including data, signals, and AI decisioning.
  • Ensure workflows are scalable, integrated with CRM and data systems, and usable by the field.
  • Lead internal rollout and adoption of Outreach’s latest AI capabilities and features.
  • Partner with Sales and Enablement to drive consistent usage and establish modern sales engagement best practices.
  • Run experiments on messaging, sequences, AI prompts, agent behavior, and channel strategies to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and rep productivity.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to gather revenue-team feedback, identify high-impact use cases, and influence roadmap direction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Outreach or a comparable sales engagement platform.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with experience designing scalable workflows.
  • Experience building or optimizing go-to-market processes at scale.
  • Working knowledge of AI in sales and marketing, including LLMs, automation, and agents.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in experimentation and performance analysis.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing AI-driven workflows or automation systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, data pipelines, and integrations is preferred.
  • Background working closely with Product and Engineering teams is preferred.
