Description

  • Own end-to-end product analytics, from metric definition and experiment design to insight delivery.
  • Work across data engineering, dashboard development, experiment frameworks, and predictive modeling to support user growth and product strategy.
  • Analyze large-scale user behavioral, transactional, and operational data using proprietary and open-source tools.
  • Design, run, and evaluate A/B experiments, including hypothesis formulation, statistical testing, uplift calculation, and recommendations.
  • Define and maintain core product metrics and OKR targets, and continuously track performance.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear visualizations and recommendations for product, operations, and executive teams.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical.

Requirements

  • Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Data Science.
  • At least 3 years of full-time experience in Product Analytics or Data Science.
  • Strong product strategy analysis experience, especially in user growth, conversion optimization, or recommendation systems.
  • Ability to identify trends and patterns in data and explain complex findings in clear, simple language.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and statistical experiment design preferred.
  • Interest in emerging technologies related to blockchain, machine learning, and AI.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Competency in at least two of the following: SQL (Hive/SparkSQL) with large-scale data warehouse experience; data visualization tools such as DataWind, Tableau, or PowerBI; Python or R for data analysis and automation; workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or high-growth consumer products is preferred.
  • Experience with personalization or recommendation systems analytics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with event tracking systems such as Sensors or Mixpanel is preferred.
  • Experience building metrics dictionaries or data governance frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts is preferred.
