Description

  • Acquire and develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major institutional and VIP clients.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Build key customer service processes and systems for managing major clients.
  • Formulate customer management rules and track the status of key accounts.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify hidden needs and produce key customer analysis reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver optimal customer service solutions.
  • Maintain and develop high-value client relationships in a sales and client services context.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in sales and client services in an international financial background such as banking or investments.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio that includes institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations.
  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and preferably a native language.
  • Experience working with international financial clients is required.
  • Ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
  • Remote work readiness for a full-time position.
