Description

  • Develop and optimize core algorithmic models for marketing scenarios, including user behavior prediction, user profiling, ROI estimation, and traffic allocation.
  • Build precision marketing models such as CTR/CVR prediction, LTV forecasting, and marketing channel attribution analysis.
  • Design data-driven algorithm strategies for lifecycle management, including acquisition, retention, and repurchase.
  • Validate and improve model performance through A/B testing, causal inference, and attribution analysis.
  • Monitor algorithm performance and iterate solutions to ensure sustained business impact.
  • Collaborate with data, product, and operations teams to deploy algorithms in marketing systems and user growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field with a solid foundation in algorithms and programming.
  • Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Scala, or Java.
  • Familiarity with big data processing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms such as LR, GBDT, and DNN.
  • Experience with marketing-focused models such as Uplift Models and Lookalike models.
  • Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with SQL/Hive and experience in large-scale data cleaning, feature engineering, and model tuning.
  • Deep understanding of user growth, ad placement, and e-commerce marketing scenarios.
  • Clear logical thinking, ability to work independently, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
