Description

  • Acquire and develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional and VIP clients.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and a strong understanding of their needs.
  • Build key customer service processes and systems, including management rules and customer tracking.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify hidden needs and produce key customer analysis reports.
  • Work with internal departments to deliver optimal customer service solutions and product feedback.
  • Attend and host events to acquire new customers and support regional business development.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in customer acquisition or origination with a clear sales KPI history.
  • Experience using a CRM tool.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a sales team.
  • Experience working with regional sales teams and attending or hosting events to win new customers.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio that includes institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt flexibly.
  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
