Description

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of VIP clients across Binance’s ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding trading behavior, business needs, and service expectations.
  • Provide timely, responsive account support and resolve day-to-day client issues.
  • Drive client retention, activity growth, and wallet share expansion through proactive account management.
  • Guide clients through Binance’s VIP program, platform features, product updates, and service offerings.
  • Identify commercial opportunities across products such as Spot, Margin, Futures, Options, OTC, and Earn.
  • Monitor client activity and account performance to uncover growth opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations.
  • Prepare client updates, account reviews, and internal summaries covering performance, service needs, risks, and growth potential.
  • Partner with Product, Business Development, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to advocate for client needs and improve the VIP experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales within financial or trading institutions.
  • Experience working in exchange, broker, or trading firms with relevant product knowledge.
  • Understanding of common trading strategies and how trading firms generate profit.
  • Strong client management skills, including relationship building and client profile organization.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to be flexible in a variety of situations.
  • Understanding of trading systems and APIs is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
