Description

  • Collect, organize, and interpret data across user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion funnels.
  • Analyze user behavior and customer journeys to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate multi-channel marketing campaign performance across paid, organic, CRM, social, affiliate, and partnership channels.
  • Support the setup, monitoring, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance updates for stakeholders.
  • Track business and marketing metrics and maintain data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Partner with growth, marketing, product, and operations teams on campaign analysis, growth initiatives, and business planning.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and user-trend analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify anomalies, performance gaps, and emerging opportunities through ongoing monitoring.
  • Translate findings into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of digital business and marketing metrics, including conversion, retention, CAC, ROI, engagement, and funnel performance.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin, with ability to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization platforms (preferred).
  • Exposure to A/B testing, campaign analysis, user behavior analysis, or performance reporting (preferred).
  • Experience in digital industries and familiarity with product analytics, marketing attribution, experimentation frameworks, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (preferred).
