Description

  • Partner with product, clinical, client success, finance, and engineering teams on cross-functional data initiatives.
  • Define measurement frameworks and performance metrics that demonstrate business value and ROI to clients and external stakeholders.
  • Own the data lifecycle from project ideation and feasibility assessment through internal and client-facing reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop data structures and maintain the Looker semantic layer.
  • Transform complex datasets into actionable insights for organizational strategy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reporting frameworks for performance visibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant analytics experience.
  • Strong to advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker Cloud or On-Prem and expertise with LookML semantic layers.
  • Experience using GitHub for version control and applying data architecture best practices.
  • Ability to manage the full data lifecycle, including greenfield modeling, legacy refactoring, and optimization.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Experience managing competing priorities, handling client-facing data requests, and maintaining data governance standards.
  • Experience with high-integrity processes such as billing, invoicing, or clinical reporting.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods including confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, sentiment analysis, and anomaly detection.
  • Preferred: experience with dbt, Airflow, Python or R, HIPAA/FedRAMP, PII/PHI, HEDIS/NCQA/NQF, Segment, modern data stacks, or AI-driven BI capabilities.
