Description

  • Lead analytics projects and collaborate effectively with internal team members and client stakeholders.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Create dashboards, reporting, and insightful analysis in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Report on Adobe Target experimentation and testing, and analyze user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide best-in-class documentation and enablement materials.
  • Conduct highly customized, hands-on training sessions for clients and teams.
  • Ensure client expectations are met and results are delivered.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly in speech and writing, tailoring messages to the audience.
  • Mentor team members and contribute consulting guidance, diplomacy, and effective messaging.
  • Volunteer suggestions for team improvement and support broader community engagement through meetups, conferences, blogs, forums, or open-source initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to Adobe Target is a plus.
  • Exposure to other Adobe Experience Platform solutions such as RT-CDP and AJO is a plus.
  • Understanding of the analytics implementation process.
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and overcome technical and business challenges.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and tailor messaging to different audiences.

Benefits

  • $105,000 - $141,000 annual salary range.
