Description

  • Build consultative relationships with employer clients and serve as a trusted advisor for their populations’ mental health support.
  • Own strategic account plans and manage a portfolio of client partners from Big Health.
  • Lead enrollment marketing and campaign planning to increase awareness and engagement across client populations.
  • Prepare reporting and lead monthly and quarterly client meetings, annual reviews, and follow-up actions.
  • Troubleshoot client requests by working cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Own up-sell opportunities and contract renewals for assigned accounts.
  • Serve as a product expert and internal champion for client needs as the offerings evolve.
  • Analyze, interpret, and present engagement and outcome metrics to demonstrate value to clients.
  • Help develop best practices and contribute strategic projects that support the Client Success organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise account management experience with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to proactively influence key stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate confidently with senior benefits leaders.
  • High attention to detail and ownership of account success.
  • Clear, collaborative communication skills and a willingness to support the broader team.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides and Excel or Google Sheets for presentations and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Looker and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Interest in healthcare, healthtech, and mental health is strongly preferred.
  • Curiosity, humility, proactivity, patience, and drive are strongly preferred.

  • $85,000 - $125,000 annual total compensation range.
