Description

  • Build trusted customer relationships and act as the customer’s advocate and strategic partner.
  • Create proactive success plans aligned to customer goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and share product updates to reinforce value and ROI.
  • Oversee onboarding, promote training opportunities, and drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Manage renewals, reduce churn, and partner with Sales on expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Anticipate customer challenges, connect them with internal resources, and advocate for product enhancements when needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Training, Support, and Sales to deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Engage senior stakeholders at enterprise accounts and present customer strategies and outcomes.
  • Use customer health indicators and account insights to adjust strategy and support account growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within B2B SaaS, technology, or industrial/manufacturing organizations.
  • Experience working with customers in process manufacturing industries such as chemicals, oil & gas, food & beverage, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for process manufacturing clients.
  • Strong knowledge of process manufacturing operations and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to engage senior leaders at Director level and above within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Experience managing renewals and driving account growth in complex, global organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset.
  • Comfort navigating enterprise IT/OT environments; knowledge of time-series and industrial data analytics is a plus.
  • Skilled at translating corporate objectives into actionable customer strategies and executive-ready presentations.
  • Current or prior experience using Seeq’s product is a huge plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of residence; Seeq does not sponsor US F1 or H-1B visas.
