Description

  • Analyze customer assets, income, debts, and financial circumstances to determine appropriate loan and financial products.
  • Advise customers on the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products.
  • Market and promote company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prospect for new business through high-level cold-calling and outreach to qualify and close new accounts.
  • Communicate and present product offerings effectively to prospects and customers.
  • Document sales and customer activity in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone and field activity.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current clients and potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably with prior sales success.
  • Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work closely with customers to assess needs.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales is not ultimately required.
  • Ability to work remotely in a contract-to-hire arrangement.
