Description

  • Lead a cross-functional team to develop and execute international marketing strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee paid media strategy and planning across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Rest of World markets to maximize ROI and brand KPIs.
  • Identify and implement initiatives that grow new clients and revenue across the acquisition funnel and member journey.
  • Partner with growth marketing, brand, creative, product, service success, international operations, and country teams to prioritize high-impact growth strategies.
  • Own the international testing roadmap, including incrementality, new channel, landing page, and creative testing.
  • Build resourcing plans across agencies, in-house teams, local partners, and contractors to support growth and brand goals.
  • Partner with country and operations teams to develop and support go-to-market strategies for new market launches.
  • Work with internal and external insights teams to analyze market trends, media consumption, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ensure localization of marketing assets so messaging, branding, and campaigns resonate across regions.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and ensure compliance with regional regulations, data privacy laws, and cultural sensitivities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in international marketing, growth marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience managing large performance marketing budgets across countries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across cultures.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Experience working in or with international markets and media buying across markets.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred.
