Description

  • Own the end-to-end relationship with a portfolio of VIP players and drive engagement and loyalty through personalized outreach across SMS, phone, and email.
  • Oversee bonusing for assigned players, ensuring rewards align with desired behavior while protecting company margins.
  • Advise the product team on game providers, titles, and features needed to improve the VIP experience.
  • Partner with the Head of Retention to build and refine the VIP lifecycle from onboarding through long-term loyalty milestones.
  • Analyze player activity to align bonus decisions with theoretical win and actual play.
  • Collect and translate player feedback on site UX/UI, competition, and product gaps into actionable recommendations for Retention and Product teams.
  • Monitor player activity drops and behavioral shifts to trigger proactive reactivation efforts before churn occurs.
  • Ensure all player interactions and incentives comply with regulatory standards and responsible gaming protocols.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Casino Hosting, VIP Account Management, or luxury relationship management in hospitality, sales, or premium concierge roles.
  • Strong commercial judgment and understanding of bonusing as an investment that must balance generosity with P&L protection.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills for managing high-pressure situations and high-net-worth players.
  • Genuine interest in casino games and an understanding of what makes a premium gaming experience.
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify gaps and recommend solutions independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing high-volume communication across multiple channels while maintaining meticulous CRM records.
  • Miami is preferred, though candidates from all locations are considered.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk, or internal back-office tools, is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of the current iGaming landscape, including top-performing slots, live dealer trends, and emerging providers, is a bonus.
  • Experience with reinvestment rate calculations and player value assessment is a bonus.
